Microsoft Power Apps Support Revenue Recognition Application

Project Overview
The Oklahoma Insurance Department (OID) is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps / SharePoint professional to provide part-time, as-needed support for its newly developed Revenue Recognition Application .
The selected resource will provide application maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancements, and new functionality using a pool of support hours.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport, maintain, and enhance the existing Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint application .
Troubleshoot application issues and implement approved fixes.
Update an existing file-ingestion process due to a recent file-format change and ensure data is routed correctly.
Modify data routing to support different OID divisions as needed.
Develop or modify division-specific screens and application features .
Potentially develop new functionality allowing staff to submit refund requests .
Test and validate enhancements and maintain appropriate documentation.
Coordinate with OID stakeholders on requirements, priorities, estimates, and completed work.
OID will provide existing documentation and recorded instructions covering both the front-end and backend functionality of the application.
Required SkillsStrong hands-on Microsoft Power Apps experience.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint .
Power Apps enhancement, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support .
Experience with data/file ingestion, data routing, workflows, and application modifications .
Ability to develop new Power Apps functionality based on business requirements.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
This is a flexible, part-time/as-needed engagement , not a continuous 40-hour-per-week assignment. Up to 500 support hours are available and will be utilized based on OID's actual needs.
All enhancement and support requests will be reviewed, scoped, estimated, and agreed upon by OID and the selected resource/vendor before work begins .
