Teamsters Local 445 represents over 3,000 members in counties including Orange, Ulster, and Dutchess, NY.
Teamsters Local 445 is seeking candidates for a year-long Union Organizing Fellowship . Organizing Fellows will learn the skills required to organize workers and build sufficient power to win concrete gains from employers. They will be mentored closely by expert union organizers and gain real-world experience training workers and inspiring them to victory. Fellows will have tremendous opportunities for growth and development. This is a full-time, year-long fellowship.
